Before doors open
- Décor, signage, and the goal thermometer are up
- Sound system, mics, and playlist tested
- Backup music device ready and charged
- Lighting set for your theme
- Water station stocked
- Games and props laid out by zone
- Volunteers briefed and in their zones
- Check-in list and any forms ready
